The Intimidator Trio from Chauvet is an LED-powered moving head with beam, wash, and effect features. The Chauvet CHS-50 VIP Gear Wheeled Light Fixture Bag is a durable, soft sided rolling bag designed to transport different types of fixtures. It features four internal and two external compartments. Three removable dividers keep multiple units packed safely in place. The compartments are internally padded to keep your equipment safe. The main compartment stores your lighting fixture, while the side compartments store cables, clamps, and other accessories. The bag features built-in wheels and a retractable handle for transport. packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner’s Manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.), show no signs of wear or use, and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee.
Defective Product Received: In the unlikely event you receive a product that appears defective, please contact us via eBay messages. If, during the first 30 days after you receive the product, we determine that it is defective, we will arrange, at our expense, for a pick up of the product and a replacement of the product.

Damaged/Lost Shipments: If your shipment (i.e., outer box) arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials

When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue
Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS
Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit
We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered
